Preparing for Your Visit
When you call our office, Alfonso will email/text you a link for our patient forms. Please complete and submit these forms and provide us with your insurance information 24 hours after making your appointment as this will reserve your time.
This will give Dr. Nicole the opportunity to review your situation. Please review our insurance options for information on paying for your visit with us.
During Your Appointment
We will talk with you about your health and dental history and about the goals you have for your appearance and dental health. We will closely examine your mouth and teeth, including the surrounding bone and tissue structures to look for problems such as tooth decay, infection and oral cancer.
We use advanced digital X-rays to learn more about your oral health. These X-rays can help detect loss of bone mass in your jaw, decay between the teeth and dental problems that cannot be detected during a visual oral exam.
Before You Leave
When your exam is complete we will discuss results, openly sharing all options and answer any questions you may have. Before any treatments, Alfonso will perform a complimentary benefits evaluation and let you know what your insurance covers. We also provide a variety of payment options.
